Ooroda provides a platform that helps customers discover, request, and manage home services and helps independent professionals receive and complete service requests. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ooroda is not the provider of the professional service itself.

You must provide accurate information, keep your account details updated, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly of unauthorized access. Users must be legally capable of entering into these terms.

Service availability, scope, timing, and pricing are shown during the booking flow or confirmed by the professional. Prices may vary based on the service, location, materials, urgency, or work found on site. You agree to pay the amount confirmed for completed services and any applicable cancellation or additional charges disclosed before they apply.

Customers must provide safe access and accurate job details. Professionals must arrive prepared, perform services with reasonable care and skill, follow applicable laws, and communicate material changes before proceeding. Users must treat each other respectfully and must not request or perform unlawful, unsafe, or unrelated work through the platform.

Cancellation windows, refunds, rework, and support outcomes may depend on the service and the circumstances. If there is a problem with a booking, contact Ooroda promptly with the booking details so we can review it and help coordinate a resolution.

You may submit ratings, reviews, photos, and other content that is truthful, relevant, and lawful. You retain ownership of your content but grant Ooroda permission to use it to operate, improve, and promote the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

You may not misuse the platform, bypass security, interfere with service operations, submit fraudulent information, infringe rights, or use Ooroda for unlawful purposes. We may limit, suspend, or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or our legal interests.

Ooroda provides the platform on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular service outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Ooroda is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or interactions between users. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
